The Rider Omega Pro Tri Team won first place during the first leg of Tri United 2016  which was held last February 28, 2016 in Subic Bay, Olongapo City.

The Rider Omega Pro Tri Team won first place during the first leg of Tri United 2016 which was held last February 28, 2016 in Subic Bay, Olongapo City. This event was the team's first major race since they were launched commercially last month.

Despite facing tough and competitive squads from Manila, Omega Pro Tri Team owned the first place of Tri Unted's team challenge result followed by Herbalife and with Sante Barley coming in third place.

Paul Jumamil and Banjo Norte topped age group 18­24 while Cianyl Gonzalez did the same with the female category. Kristiane Lim finished first under the age group of 30­34 and as for the results of the team challenge top 10 we have Paul Jumamil at the first place, Banjo Norte with the second, Kristiane Lim with the third place, Welmar Saavedra at the fourth place, Jeffery Codino at fifth, Johnny Ferniz at the sixth place, Christopher Capistrano at the seventh place, Paul Jake Castillo at the eighth place, Cianyl Gonzalez with the ninth place and last but not least Feelin Torres at the tenth place.

The next phase of Tri United 2016 will be held on July 3 and October 23 still at Subic Bay, Olongapo City.
